Been very depressed lately. Whatever work I do is very much affected by my mood. I continually take pictures but I just can't bring myself to sift through them. I start and then I think they all look the same and I can't pick out the best ones and work with them. Realized there is a lot going on in my heart that i don't really know about. Haven't really been participating at all. Wonder what the point of it all is. Or was. Its all very vague, tractless territory. Like a dream. What is the purpose of all this? God is like loving a woman in the dark, who never answers. I feel like the lamb on judgment day.

So I broke my lens last night -_____-. And I didn't even get any great pictures because of it. The frame is ok, just the focus ring is broken. I mean, it still works, but its very limp. Easily moved. I broke its backbone. T_TDamn you camera gods! I put up my 'Diner Series' last night. I don't usually do self promotion (although I should) but you should really go check it out and TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK. I really feel like I did some thing vaguely positive, but I'm not sure if its worth anything, artistically, so please do give your opinion, like you know if they're just pieces of junk or if they're aesthetically pleasing. Soooo... one bad (but ultimately good) thing about getting photoshop is that I'm now dying to go back and correct some of the horrible, horrible things about my earlier pictures, so don't be surprised if you find some (for those who actually pay attention to my gallery, which is like...three of you?? :P) pictures gone only to find familiar ones reposted. Things that I lacked the power to correct, like sensor dust, smudges, weird lighting, overexposure, and uh, stuff I just didn't like about my pictures will all be disappeared or changed. take THAT, sensor dust!
